Try a weekly yoga class with Marnie and add more movement to your life, learn to focus your mind, and cultivate a central place of peace within. These hour-long sessions offer opportunities to develop real and lasting strength, stability, flexibility, balance and acceptance at any age.
All sessions will include brief meditation, breathing exercises (Pranayama), poses (Asana), and resting poses (Savasana).
