Paper Making

Make unique, expressive handmade papers from various plants while learning the papermaking process. Bring your own fabrics, threads, ribbons or flower petals to use in this fun, experimental workshop. Explore pulp painting and wet collage. No experience necessary.  All materials provided, but it is recommended that you wear shoes and an apron that can get wet.  Exhibiting artist and instructor Sheryl Jaffe has been exhibiting her work throughout New York and New England for over 30 years.  She studied traditional hand papermaking in Japan and China and has taught papermaking at home and abroad.
