Mind-Body Music: Mitigate Stress with Music at the Cahoon Museum

Learn how to combat stress by eliciting the relaxation response with your favorite music and incorporate mind-body techniques derived from mindfulness, meditation, and yoga practices in your daily life. Students will learn to play the kalimba and receive an instrument to use at home.
