In this beginner-level workshop, Parker focuses on proportions and textures in pencil that add charm to your mermaid illustrations. Jim Parker has completed artwork for over 30 museums, 75+ historical societies, and many state, local and federal government groups and is happy to share his drawing techniques. Materials included.
