Join chef Amy Talhouk in the kitchen as she teaches students to prepare a Mediterranean BBQ featuring Kefta (tender, spiced meat Kebob), with a parsley, red onion, and sumac salad, accompanied by creamy, flavorful hummus and Baba Ghanoush. And don’t forget the delicious Mediterranean bread for dipping. Be prepared to chop and bring your appetite! There will be plenty to eat in class and take home!
