Bread 102 with Gail Blakely

This class is designed for those who have taken Bread 101 and want to move on to explore other types of bread, based on skills learned in the first class. We will make artisan rolls with olives and roasted garlic, sprouted wheat sandwich bread, and brioche dinner rolls. We will also prepare two different focaccia-style breads, one for breakfast or brunch (with raisins and cinnamon) and a traditional focaccia for sandwiches and dipping.
