You’ll learn how to make the best baked brie, cheesy artichoke tart, and cheese-stuffed gougères. Please bring an apron and have your hair tied back.
Amy Talhouk is a passionate cook. She grew that passion during Sunday afternoons watching Julia Child on PBS and in professional and home kitchens throughout her life. During her junior year abroad, she walked out of her hotel and stumbled into the Cordon Bleu in Paris. She immediately signed up for her first class and has taken many more classes over the years. Amy’s passion is to create food that is authentic, simple, and delicious. Her husband from Lebanon is a happy recipient of these recipes. She has learned how to cook many Lebanese dishes with his mother and sister. Amy follows food trends and is always curious to try something new. She is fearless in the kitchen and will teach you how to be, too!
