Start each month with a focused mind. Join Deb Ogden and Marnie Bacon together for these introductory evenings of meditation through sacred sound. This is an opportunity to learn more about Mantra meditation, a practice that helps to quiet and focus the mind, relieve stress, reduce negative thoughts, and cultivate positive emotions.
Mantra is accessible to anyone, beginners welcome! Mantra can take an existing yoga or meditation practice to a higher level. Just as asana (yoga poses) place the body in a calm and relaxed place, mantra puts the mind into a steady and relaxed state.
Discover for yourself all of the sonic goodness that can be found in these vibratory frequencies.
Please be prepared to sit comfortably (chairs available) for these sessions.
Make it a self-care night! Add Yoga as a Healing Art with Marnie from 5:30-6:45pm before this class — $35 for both. Click here for more information.
