Join Jeremi Walker for a delicious journey into Jamaican Cuisine.

With his lighthearted and engaging style, Jeremi will share his heritage through recipes such as Ackee (Jamaica’s national fruit) and salted cod fritters with homemade jerk tartar sauce, curry chicken, Jamaican rice and peas, and sweet potato pudding.

Along with cooking tips, he will share the many cultural influences found in Jamaican cuisine ranging from British to Indian to Chinese. Jeremi is a native of Jamaica who grew up on the East side of the island in the small town of Port Antonio. He is a dynamite chef who has cooked alongside Culinary Director Kate Davis, and the class will be equally as fun as it will be delicious!
