All artists use one or more of the elements of art to create a finished artwork. Each week in this beginner drawing class students will explore the elements of art using line, texture, shape, color, form, space, and value. Through observation, students explore a range of techniques using a variety of medium to create compositions from still life, natural elements, and imagination. The basic principles of design will also be introduced and integrated within the compositions.
